Animals not moving

I'm a newbie to minecraft and minecraft servers. :-O Recently installed nukkit on Pi 3 for my kids to play minecraft PE on a dedicated server. All is awesome except that when they place an animal, say a sheep or chicken the darn thing just stand there, no movement? Is it a setting I'm missing?

Figured out I needed a plugin... working now.
