Connecting multiple devices to server

I'm having difficulty connecting multiple devices on my LAN. Several of the devices are not able to join since they share the same xbox live account on their client. Is there a setting on the server to remedy? Or, do each device require a unique xbox live account? Thanks!

You can disable xbox-auth from server.properties, log out all devices from xbox, set user names in minecraft settings and connect to server
