/help command does not show commands you can use

When I´m in the default group, that has almost no permission I can see all the commands I could use if I was an Admin, but when I am the Admin i can only see 4 useless commands. (In the attachment shown.)

Plugins i have installed:

does it happen even without any plugin installed?

When i delete only the LuckPerms plugin everything shows up
