New World, can´t place signs

Hello, I just created a server Beta 1.13 in Beastnode, I entered the world and cannot place signs, no plugins, no protected terrain, just new created world, oped myself (despite should be innecessary) and did not worked. Could you please help me with this?

Only oak signs can be placed on Nukkit 1.0 because of the limitations of the old world format.
