I have some glitches in my server. Bows and arrows don't work, and golden apples can't be eaten. How do I turn fall damage off? People have been complaining about fall damage a lot on my server. And what is the easiest ranking plugin? Like i need groups like Mod, Staff, newbie, and all of that stuff.

Bows, arrows and golden apples does work unless you have a plugin which blocks them. You can make or ask someone to make a plugin to cancel EntityDamageEvent if cause is FALL. For ranks use a permission plugin like LuckPerms and create groups.
