PlugMan - Plugin Manager

PlugMan is a simple, easy to use plugin that lets server admins manage plugins from either in-game or console without the need to restart the server.

Commands

/plugman enable	Enable Plugin

This doesn't seem to work. This is what my plugins folder looks like:

AutoInventory  AutoInventory.jar  MobPlugin  MobPlugin-1.9.0.3.jar  MultiWorld.jar  PlugMan-0.1.jar  WorldEssentials  WorldEssentials-2.1.0.jar

and when I boot up the server, it says all the stuff about loading and enabling plugins, but it never says it loads PlugMan.
