QuickSpawns - A better way to go to spawn!

QuickSpawns ALPHA-3.1 implements support for transferring and use of /spawn as well, with features such as editable command descriptions, and auto-transfers.

Please note that use of the Transfer plugin by PetteriM1 is needed in order for /lobby and /hub commands to work correctly.
